Class Description:
Taking inspiration from her classical and contemporary dance background, Racheal's class will incorporate both structured and improv activities to explore the intricate connection between the mind and body. Through her contemporary movement classes, participants can expect a friendly and encouraging atmosphere where they are free to adapt their movements to their present state of being. The focus of the class is on combining coordination and fluidity while incorporating qualitative cues that can be applied to a more technical approach.
