Class Description:
Movement is a powerful tool to connect with our inner selves and the world around us. This class will start by warming up our bodies deeply from the inside out, awakening our senses through conscious movement, conditioning, and alignment. We will use rhythm as an important part of our investigation while we discover endless possibilities of expression within our bodies. We will explore the vertical and horizontal planes through mindful transitions using levels as an important tool for our dynamic bodies. We will use the floor to swing, pull, slide, anchor, turn, suspend and invert through guided phrases that allow us to explore our tridimensional bodies and through an inspiring group connection experience.
