Class Description: This class is grounded in somatic and improvisation techniques. We’ll begin on the floor, bringing the attention to the body and its sensations, attuning to the body, its movement and creativity. We’ll then find the verticality to explore spirals and scores to generate movement together, in partners, and in groups. My hope is for every dancers to find the joy and pleasure of dancing!
